Starter

Parsnip Soup served with warm crusty bread and butter,

Duck Pâté served with 300s Old Ale chutney, Melba toast and dressed salad leaves,

Smoked Salmon Mousse served with toasted brioche and butter, and a dill dressed salad.


Main Course

Roast Turkey served with sage and onion stuffing, chipolata, roasted potatoes,

Seasonal vegetables and traditional gravy,

Slow Cooked Lamb Shank served with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables

And a red wine and rosemary sauce,

Roasted Salmon Fillet served with a dill cream sauce, seasonal vegetables and new potatoes,

Chestnut, Sage and Cranberry Lentil Bake served with roasted potatoes,

Seasonal vegetables and vegetarian gravy.


Dessert              

 Lord-Lieutenant’s Christmas Pudding (made with The Chiltern Brewery’s award-winning Cream Porter) served with warm brandy sauce,

Chocolate Tart served with brandy soaked cherries and vanilla ice cream,

Sticky Toffee Pudding served with a cinnamon and orange cream,

Cheese Board mature Cheddar, Chiltern Beer cheese, Terrick Truckle cheese and Cornish Brie served with crackers and chutney.
