I. THAT a Club be established at Aylesbury, to be called the AYLESBURY CLUB;  and meet on the Friday nearest the Full Moon, in the Months of NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, and APRIL, unless one of those days should be Good Friday;  in which case, the Club to be held on the preceding Friday.

II. THAT the following Noblemen and Gentlemen, who have signified their assent to become Members of this Club, shall be, and are considered as original Members of this Club.

III. THAT the following Gentlemen, being Members of the Winslow Club, be considered as honorary Members of this Club.

IV. THAT the following Gentlemen, who do not reside during the Months of Meeting, but may occasionally be in the                   County, be considered as honorary Members of this Club.
         WILLIAM LOWNDES, ESQ. OF BROUGHTON.
         HENRY DEERING, ESQ. OF THE LEE,
         AND THOMAS WAKEFIELD, ESQ. OF WENDOVER.

V. THAT the subscription for this Club be Two Guineas per year for Wine, and the ordinary Seven Shillings and Six-pence, to include all Expenses for Dinner.  THAT no Fines for non-attendance, or extra charges be admitted;  but that the Members not present at the first yearly Meeting of the Club, be requested to empower some Person to pay to the Treasurer the Amount of their Subscriptions, that there may be no delay in providing good Wine for the Club.

VI. THAT Dinner be served up precisely at four o’clock, and the quantity of Wine to be drank as a Club, not to exceed one Bottle for each person present, including Dinner
Wine.  Such Members as chosen to remain after the President has quitted the Chair, to pay for the Wine they may call for, at the rate of Six Shillings per bottle.

VII. THAT honorary Members and Visitors, introduced by Members, pay Thirteen Shillings and Six pence for Dinner and Wine, of which Five Shillings will be accounted for to the Treasurer by the Master of the House

VIII. THAT  for the present SEASON the Club be held at the WHITE HART INN, and in future at the two principal Inns alternately, unless the Club should find cause to alter their Resolution on this Subject.

IX. THAT the Master of the Inn be allowed, exclusive of the Seven Shillings and Six-pence for Dinner, one Shilling for every Bottle expended of the Club Wine.

X. THAT the Club being totally unconnected with Politics, no subject be started, or Toast proposed, likely to provoke such discussions;  good Cheer, good Humor, and good Neighbourhood, being the most desirable objects of all Human Policy.

XI. THAT a Room be prepared for Tea, Coffee, and Cards, for those who choose to resort thither, but no otherwise connected with the Club, except that none but Members, honorary Members, or Visitors introduced by Members, shall be admitted, and each Person to pay for what he may there call for.

XII. THAT after this Day, no Person can be admitted a Member of this Club but by Ballot;  notice of such Ballot to be given at one Meeting, and the Ballot to take place at the next;  two black Beans to exclude, and seven Members necessarily present at each Ballot.

XIII. THAT Notice be given every year, fourteen Days previously of the Days of Meeting for the Season, and no further Notice to be given or expected.

XIV. THAT the Master of the Inn be paid at each Meeting, Seven Shillings and Six-pence for twelve Persons for Dinner, Fire, Candles, Beer, Fruit, &c. and at the same rate for every Person exceeding that number.

XV. THAT any Member, or honorary Member, contributing any Article of good Cheer for the use of the Club, his Services will be duly appreciated, and honourable mention made thereof by the President.

XVI. THAT a President for the Season be elected at the November Meeting annually, and that COLONEL NUGENT be the President for the present Season.

XVII. THAT a Secretary and Treasurer for the Season, be elected at the same Meeting; who at the end of the Season, shall apply by Letter to such Gentlemen as shall not have paid their Subscriptions; and that MR. ROSE be the Secretary and Treasurer for the present Season, to whom the Members are requested to pay their first Subscriptions.

XVIII. THAT Members neglecting for two Seasons to pay their Subscriptions will be considered as having quitted the Club, and can only be re-admitted by Ballot, and paying their Arrears.

The future Days of Meeting for the present Season, will be as follows. – Friday 7th DECEMBER, 1810.  FRIDAY 4th JANUARY, 1811.  Friday 1st FEBRUARY.  FRIDAY 1st MARCH.  and FRIDAY 5th APRIL.
